Standard delivery is to the United States

 

This website does not currently deliver Lupe products to any other territories but you can subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of this page to get the latest updates on Lupe launching in your region/country. If you are interested in delivery to UK please visit our UK Site.

 

Delivery is Monday to Friday during business hours excluding public holidays.

 

  • We will send you a Shipment Confirmation email upon dispatch of your order from our warehouse.
  • It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers' local bank holidays.
  • You should not experience any customs or import charges- if you do please contact us on our live chat or at enquiries@lupetechnology.com.
  • We will be unable to change the delivery address on orders after checkout.
  • If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of orders, the carrier will leave a notification card in your mail box.
  • Title to and risk of loss in your orders will pass to you when you take possession of the orders.
  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse based in Illinois, United States of America.
  • Delivery to military addresses is not possible.

 

Spare parts

Postage and handling for spare parts vary depending on the item as well as country of delivery selected. Delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.

Shipment tracking

Click on the "Track My Order" link in the Shipping Confirmation email to track shipment of your order. Please note such link will direct you to the courier's website, which is not controlled by us.
