UNITED KINGDOM and selected EU:
Dispatch within 48hrs and FREE Delivery within 3 working days via DHL.
UNITED STATES:
FREE delivery, orders delivered within 6 working days but please order on our US Site.
(please note - there may be a delay delivering to remote areas)
spare parts
Postage and handling for spare parts vary depending on the item as well as country of delivery selected. Delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery timelines for spares are as per our standard delivery timelines above.
shipment tracking
Click on the "Track My Order" link in the Shipping Confirmation email to track shipment of your order. Please note such link will direct you to the courier's website, which is not controlled by us.
- Delivery is Monday to Friday during business hours excluding public holidays.
- We will send you a Shipment Confirmation email upon dispatch of your order from our warehouse.
- It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers' local bank holidays.
- Where you have requested delivery to an EU address, Lupe will be taking care of all formalities and paying any customs and import duties.
- We will be unable to change the delivery address on orders after checkout.
- If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of orders, the carrier will leave a notification card in your mail box.
- Title to and risk of loss in your orders will pass to you when you take possession of the orders.
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse based in Bristol, UK.
- Delivery to military addresses is not possible
